Preparation:
1. Heat the pan (medium-low heat).
Pour a little of cooking oil.
Make sure the pan is hot enough to prevent the pancake from sticking to the pan.
2. Combine pancake mix with egg, sugar and water in a bowl.
Mix well.
Add in oil and stir thoroughly.
3. Pour in a ladleful of the mixture into the hot pan.
4. Cook for 1 ½ minutes or until see the bubble appear on the pancake.
Turn the pancake over to cook the other side.
Cook for 2 minutes until it is golden brown.
